NDF does not charge fees for individual homeownership counseling or Homebuyer Training.
NO CASH PAYMENTS are accepted at NDF. All payments must be made by check or money order. A $35.00 fee is charged for all returned checks.
All participants must pay applicable fees.
Variations apply based on family structure and income status.
Credit Reports are required from Experian, Equifax, and Trans Union.
These reports may be obtained through NDF. Fees may apply.
